SWYTCHBACK INSIGHTS PLATFORM

In collaboration with a fellow designer and our head of engineering, we designed a complex and highly robust research tool. On the surface, the admin, authoring, and data tools appear simple. This was by design. With research tools such as Qualtrics and Survey Monkey as incredibly complex and cumbersome industry makers, we wanted to create something that could provide all the tools necessary for even the most complicated research principles while also remaining clear, uncomplicated, and free of any visual clutter. The Survey experience is a mobile-first, gamified experience that encourages gesture-driven responses from survey takers and limits cognitive load on its audience. To date, we are regularly seeing completion rates above 80% (the industry standard is only 6%).
